The affiliated and individual member agencies of the YPC shall:
  • Meet regularly to develop and implement innovative strategies for improved service in co-operative procurement
  • Facilitate communications between member agencies
  • Instill a cooperative mind set to the procurment of commonly used goods and services
  • To share knowledge and expertise;
  • Promote standardization of specifications for commonly used goods and services
  • Promote the standardization of terms and conditions for procurement documents
  • Promote sustainable procurement of goods and services
